The rules and regulation in force at the time a student joins a Programme shall hold good only for the examination held during or at the end of thc academic session. Nothing in these ordinances shall be deemed to debar the University from amending the ordinances subsequently and the amended ordinances, if any, shall apply to all the students whether old or new.
- Candidates shall abide by the Rules & Regulations in force and those that may be added by the University from time to time
- False declaration of Age, Qualification etc., by the candidate will disqualify his/her admission to the University.
- Incomplete admission form in any respect and without requisite fee will be summarily rejected.
- Candidates seeking admission should pay the Tuition fee in full and the Examination Fee directly to the University through the Co-ordinator. Kindly enclose a set of` attested photocopies of marks cards, Certificates, and other documents along with the application form and submit the same to the University before the due/ last date through the Co-ordinator.
- No request for change of Stream / Pro anime will be solicited.
- The University does not take the responsibility for postal delays or loss of any document or letter in transit.
- Candidates have to submit the attested photocopies of all the documents relevant to educational qualification (X std onwards) and the date of birth proof duly attested by a Gazetted Officers. The attested photocopy should be verified with original and signed & stamped by the Co-ordinators of the University.
- The University reserves the right to change the course curriculum whenever it is ifelt that the change modification could best serve the interest of students and potential employers from time to time.
- In case of change of address and e-mail ID, the new address and e-mail ID should be informed to the Co-ordinator and the University in advance to avoid any misplacement of the study material and any other correspondence. E-mail is employed for communication to the Co-ordinators and students.
- The information given is an indication of the University; plans as on date Of publication of this document. Details can he be modified from time to time For academic and operational reasons. The students will be governed by the latest regulations applicable to them dialing the academic year.
- In the event of any inconsistency in the rules framed for admission or in the event of any clarification with respect to the above said rules /instructions. the matter shall be referred to the Vice-Chancellor liar interpretation and the interpretation given by the Vice-Chancellor liar. shall be final. The Vice-Chancellor is competent toremove any inconsistency and decide as to which provision shall take precedence Liver the other.
- The fee once paid lo the University will not be refunded under any circumstances. However. Refund of fee is permissible only when an applicant is ineligible due to any reason. The fee paid by such candidate shall be refunded after a deduction of 25% from the total amount paid by him /her with the approval of the Registrar of the University
- No application form for admission received after the last date specified for the purpose will be entertained However, in case the last Date for receipt of application is a holiday or that day is declared holiday by the University. the next Working day will be considered as the last date for the purpose. Extension in the last date for submission of Application. Form shall be decided only by the University.
- Students are required to preserve the copy of the DD carefully for all payments made to the University, as it is the only valid document accepted. They will have I0 produce this copy at the time of obtaining Hull ticket, marks cards or relevant documents to the Co—ordinator and the University.
- Identity Card bearing the Enrollment Number. Will he issued to every student after the admission is finalised. If any student wants to obtain bonafide certificate from the University, he/she will have to extend a written requisition along with the photocopy of I—Card and Enrollment slip. The application should be forwarded through the Co-ordinator.
- In all correspondence with the University the student shall quote his/her Enrollment No., Programme and the code number of the Co-ordinator who arranges counseling and other support services.
- Medium of` Instruction and Instruction and Examination (Except in Tamil Litrature) shall be English.
- All legal disputes, if any, shall come under the jurisdiction of Court(s)in Chennai.
